Terms of service

Please read through all the following terms and conditions. By commissioning me, PettyFoxx, you are agreeing to the terms below.

Artists rights
I have the right to refuse any commission without reasonI have the right to change these terms at any given timeI have the right to post my artwork wherever I please for self promotionI have the right to blacklist any client without reason should I feel the need to
Commissioners rights
You're free to repost the artwork to any site providing you give proper credit and link back to my twitter handle (@pettyfoxx)You can use the artwork for any use other than commercially, unless discussed with myself. Please do not use my art for merchandise/anything which can be sold, doing so will result in legal actionI ask commissioners not to remove my watermarks and/or signatures, trace my work or claim as your own
Payment
Paypal onlyPayment must be sent upfront and in full prior to the commission commencing. Upon agreeing to the commission details and price, I will send you an invoice via Paypal for the agreed amountThe commissioner will be expected to pay any paypal fees, should they occurI ask that the invoice be paid within 48 hours, otherwise I will pass the commission slot to the next customer. If you are unable to make the payment for any given reason, I will make a judgement call as to whether to keep your commission slot secure for a later date payment.I will not start any commission without prior payment
Process
Myself and the commissioner will discuss via email/DM the details of the commission. Price will be confirmed at this point and a paypal invoice sentI will send a sketch to you via email. Any amendments should be discussed at this point, however please note that this may slow your commission upMy turnaround times vary from 2 weeks to 2 months, ideally the former. These times can vary around current workload, holidays etc - You will be updated in the rare instance of any delaysThe commission is finished and you receive the full resolution .png version (watermark included), and I hope you love it!
Refund policy
You may request a full refund at any stage prior to receiving your initial sketch, this will be refunded in fullShould you wish to receive a refund after I have provided an initial sketch, I will refund 50% of your paymentI do not issue any refunds once the initial sketch has been approved by the commissioner Those who apply Paypal charge-backs will be instantly blacklisted and other artists warned. You will lose all rights to your commission

Thank you for having a read through. If I turn down your commission because I can’t confidently draw something, please know that I only want you to receive the best commission possible, and it’s probably best left for another artist to take a crack at.
